How it Works

Browse our catalog and purchase the tests you need directly through our secure online checkout.
2️⃣ Book Your Collection Appointment
After checkout, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to book your at-home collection (note: this booking is separate and has its own service fee of $85 plus tax).
3️⃣ Sample Collection & Shipping
Your specimens are collected during your scheduled appointment and frozen for shipment.
All specimens ship every Tuesday, except prenatal and cancer panels, which ship the same day for expedited processing.
4️⃣ Receive Your Results
Results are delivered directly to your email, typically within 2–10 days after shipping, depending on the specific test.
