This profile uses a modified 2-tier serologic algorithm to evaluate multiple common tick-borne infections—such as Lyme disease, human monocytic ehrlichiosis, and Babesiosis—via ELISA and reflex testing of IgG/IgM antibody responses.

It’s useful for individuals with suspected tick exposure presenting with symptoms like fever, muscle aches, headaches, or nausea—and for sero-epidemiological screening when tick-borne risk is elevated.
