Myeloperoxidase Antibodies, IgG - MPO

The Myeloperoxidase (MPO) Antibody test detects antibodies that target the enzyme myeloperoxidase, found in white blood cells. These antibodies are closely associated with certain autoimmune vasculitides, including microscopic polyangiitis (MPA) and other forms of antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA)-associated vasculitis.
